Letters Inserted into Envelopes

Bulk Mail Letters:
These are letters printed, folded and inserted into envelopes with a bulk mail permit printed on them.
- Resident Requirement: All envelopes will have the phrase "or Current Resident" printed under the name. If you do not want this then you must choose First Class Postage above instead of Bulk mail.
- Speed: Bulk Mail is slower than first class mail and takes up to 14 days to arrive. Plan accordingly.
- Matching: We are unable to match names on envelopes to names printed on letters for bulk mail. If you have a salutation it should be generic.
- Shipping: During checkout, local pickup is the only option since we have to deliver it directly to the post office. It cannot be shipped to you first.
- Extra Copies: This form cannot be used to print extra copies of your letter. Extra copies must be ordered using the standard forms on our website as a separate order.
