Your PDF should already contain every page, in the order it should print.
We don’t add, reorder or personalize anything. (If you need it personalized use the Variable Data Prints for personalization).

- Pages How many pages are in your PDF, including any blank ones — not the sheets of paper it will print on.
- Quantity How many complete copies of that whole file you want. Every copy is identical.
Pages are not sheets of paper
A 5-page letter printed on both sides uses 3 sheets of paper — two sheets hold four pages, and the fifth page leaves the back of sheet three blank. Enter the pages; we work out the sheets and show you the count before you order.

Blank pages still count
This file is 10 pages, not 8. A blank page is still a page — it still takes up a side of paper, so it still counts.
Blanks are usually there on purpose, to make the next section start on the correct side. Leave them in and include them in your count. If you delete them to make the number smaller, everything after them shifts onto the wrong side of the paper.
The number you enter should match your PDF’s real page count exactly.
Setting up a double-sided PDF
For nametags, playing cards, flash cards or anything else with a front and a back, your pages must alternate front, back, front, back in the order they should print.

The most common mistake is sending the fronts in one file and a single back in another, expecting us to pair them up. We print each file exactly as it arrives, so a one-page back file prints one back — it can’t be spread across 20 fronts.
If every piece shares the same back, repeat it. Twenty cards with an identical back is a single 40-page file: front, back, front, back, all the way through.
Counting the quantity you need
Quantity multiplies the whole file, so if your different designs are already inside the PDF, you usually need a quantity of 1.
50 different double-sided nametags: your PDF holds all 50 fronts and backs alternating — that’s 100 pages, printed on 50 sheets. Quantity 1 gives you one of each, all 50 nametags. Quantity 2 would give you two of each, 100 nametags.
