You need a minimum of one column per line in the address. Â
- Each row should have a different address.Â
- You should have a header row. Â
- You do not have to have a name, you can choose to put "Dearest Homeowner" instead if you prefer.Â
- Your spreadsheet should only contain the columns needed for printing and not extras.
- Minimum (3 columns):
- Name (ex: John and Jane Doe)
- Address Line (ex: 123 Main Street Apt 23)
- City, State Zip (ex: Vancouver, WA 98683)
- Maximum (7 columns):
- Name 1 (usually first name or combo name like John and Jane)
- Name 2 (usually last name)
- Address Line 1 (ex: 124 Main street)
- Address Line 2 (ex: Apt 23)
- City (ex: Vancouver)
- State (ex: WA)
- Zip (ex: 98683)
- Flex Columns (optional):
- These are columns that can be used for additional personalization. It's always a good idea to email ahead of time to see what works for personalization.
- IMPORTANT: You cannot have a return inside the cell or only the first line gets pulled for printing
- 123 Main Street <--- Only this line will get pulled from the cell
