How do I get 9 Cent Flyers?
The 9 Cent Color Copies pricing is for this combination: 28lb Matte, printed on one side, with a white margin. Click here for a quick screenshot of the right settings.

Please order using the "final size at final count" method.

Good Example: Ordering 400 double-sided quarter page flyers:

YES - 4.25in x 5.5in (size) at 400 (quantity)

Using the final size at final count method lets our team know you need your flyers cut to that size.

Bad Example: Ordering 100 8.5in x 11in and then asking for it to be cut.

NO - 8.5in x 11in (size) at 100 (quantity)

Printed On:

Sheets = A single physical sheet of paper.
Pages = A page of artwork printed on a sheet of paper.

Examples:

Flyers / Postcards / Etc.
One flyer sheet can have 1 Page (printed on front only)
One flyer sheet can have 2 Pages (printed on front and back side - both sides)
Flyers cannot have more than 2 pages, per cart item. The number of pages field will let you know if there is a limit for your product.

What if I have more than one flyer / postcard I need?
If you have two different flyers you have two options:

Fill out the form twice, once for each item.
Combine all your pages together and order using the Multi-page documents form.

Multipage documents:
10 pages printed on one side only = 10 Sheets of Paper
10 pages printed on both sides = 5 Sheets of Paper
Note: Any blank pages included in a multi-page document count as a page when printing on both sides.

Step 1: Pick a Size

Flat Products:
Your printing project will be trimmed and/or cut to the size you specify.

Folded Products:
This would be the size that you want your item BEFORE folding is done.

Example(s)
Half Page: Choose 5.5in x 8.5in
Quarter Page: Choose 4.25in x 5.5in

Note on Layout/Multiple designs per sheet.
We do NOT print anything at 8.5in x 11in and then cut it from there. We print on large parent sheets and cut it down afterwards. Please do not submit artwork multiple up on an 8.5in x 11in sheet and then ask for it to be cut. It's unlikely that your layout will match our automated cutting patterns.
Recommended: Submit your artwork at the size you want it to be in the end and set your order specs to match.

Example: If your end goal is to have 200 half size sheets. Order 5.5in x 8.5in with a quantity of 200 instead of 100 - 8.5in x 11in sheets.

Step 2: Pages (not sheets)

Number of Pages

Your book’s page count is always a multiple of 4 — every Parent Sheet (one large printed sheet) becomes 2 Book Sheets and 4 Counted Pages once folded and stapled.

8-page book example: a Cover Parent Sheet and an Inside Parent Sheet fold and nest together into a stapled booklet.

Your first 2 pages and your last 2 pages are always your Cover (Outside Front Cover, Inside Front Cover … Inside Back Cover, Outside Back Cover) — not the first 4 pages in a row. Everything in between is an Inside page.

Submit your file as Straight Pages, not spreads — one page per PDF page, in order.

See the full guide (with a second worked example) at the top of this page for more detail.

General Paper Weight Chart

Colors:

There is no price difference between Full Color and Grayscale. You should only use grayscale if you want to ensure your artwork prints with no tint of color at all. Printing grayscale images in CMYK can sometimes tint the image if there's any color shifting during printing.

Note: Digital printing is subject to weather and humidity so we are unable to offer any color guarantees as colors may shift unpredictably.

Print Edge Style:

Click here to learn more about Full Bleeds and how they work. IMPORTANT - Full Bleed is a METHOD printers use to achieve the print to the edge look but is not the same thing as print to the edge.

3. Artwork Upload

Upload your print-ready file here. Accepted formats are PDF and JPG files only. PNG files are low-resolution files and will not print well so we generally do not accept them. If you are having AI generate images for you please ensure that the resolutions are at least 300 ppi. Most AI software is not currently capable of generating print quality files so be careful before investing too much time with AI into a graphic that is non-printable.

Bleed Layout

Fix it for me: If your bleed edge is missing or incomplete our layout team will try to add a bleed to your file. If they are unable to do this they will reach out to you.

Notes:

All text must still be at least .20in away from the edges of your file.
If your file is designed with a white border we can’t bleed it.

I will fix it: (NOT RECOMMENDED) - Asking for corrected files takes time as we have to write a detailed email explaining the problem and the fixes required.

E-Mails are handled AFTER production, so this may results in a delay of at least one day before you will even be aware that the order has been delayed.
